Being a bartender is a great job where you can make some great cash fast, but in order to be good bartender you need to know and most likely have your own tool kit. Other companies have consultants come in all the time to further education on all different levels of a job. I think your servers would be open to learning how to increase their tips. Another way to increase a servers tips is to “upsell“. The larger the bill the larger tips. (Most of the time.)
