RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER II

HMSHost is now hiring for our full service food & beverage concepts at our Chicago O’Hare Airportlocation. Hone your food and beverage management skills by working for some of the most-recognized names in the hospitality business…like Tuscany, Chili’s, Macaroni Grill, Wolfgang Puck, Starbucks and Quizno’s. The Assistant Manager will direct and supervise non-management associates in support of the Store Manager and will be responsible for coaching and developing associates and day-today direction of the store team to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will prepare schedules and ensure that all shifts are covered, and monitor associate productivity and provide suggestions for increased service and productivity.

For consideration, candidates must have at least 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory/managerial skills in a full service or quick service restaurant. Requires excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, problem resolution and planning and organizational skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment and be flexible.
